On April 21st our team performed a database maintenance that unintentionally prevented intermittent traffic from being ingested into Safety Cloud from 7:41PM CT to 8:21PM CT. We have identified the root cause of the issue, and added processes to ensure this issue does not occur in the future. As of 8:21 PM CT April 21 all systems are fully operational.
