Scheduled - NOTE: As part of our ongoing commitment to security, resilience, and operational compliance, we will be conducting a planned Disaster Recovery (DR) failover exercise in our EU region on Sunday, March 15, beginning at 11:00 PM UTC through 3:00 AM UTC.

This exercise is a critical component of our Business Continuity and Disaster Recovery (BCDR) program, designed to validate the integrity, availability, and confidentiality of data across our primary and backup infrastructure environments.

This exercise is designed to have minimal disruption. However, during the maintenance window, users may experience brief, intermittent issues with the following:

Logging into and viewing data on the Safety Cloud dashboard
Sending data to HAAS Alert APIs
Ingestion of Safety Cloud data feeds
Alerts being delivered to or from vehicles

Throughout this exercise, all data handling will remain fully encrypted and governed by our standard security controls. No data will be at risk of loss, exposure, or unauthorized access. This exercise is being conducted in alignment with our internal security policies and applicable regulatory requirements to ensure the continued confidentiality, integrity, and availability of our systems.
